Production & Shipping Info

Production Lead Time:

  • All artwork is manually etched and made to order.
  • Lead times can vary but current production stands at 2-3 days before glassware will ship out.

Packaging and U.S. Shipping Services:

  • Glassware is individually packaged to protect against breakage during shipment.
  • All orders are shipped U.S. Postal Service First Class/Priority Mail.  This provides 3-5 day delivery (once in the possession of the USPS).

Non-U.S. Customers:

  • For international shipping: VAT or other import/customs taxes and fees may be incurred via your local customs office.
  • UK Buyers: Anything valued greater than £15 that is imported to the UK from a non-EU country is subject to VAT at 20% of the item value, plus an additional £8 handling fee.
